RATE INCLUDES
Includes all guided safaris (bush walks and game drives), all meals & snacks (early morning breakfast, full breakfast, lunch, three-course dinner) and a wide selection of locally available beverages (purified water, soft & alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee).

RATE EXCLUDES
Premium drinks (available to order). Klaserie Private Nature Reserve Conservation levy of ZAR 480 per person per day and the Klaserie Gate fee of R320 per vehicle (payable at Klaserie Incheni gate - cash only) (2025 rates - subject to change for 2026 bookings). Private safari vehicle - ZAR 3,200 per night (5+ adults) or ZAR 6,500 per night (2 - 4 adults).

PRIVATE SAFARI VEHICLE
For those looking for a more exclusive safari experience, book one of our experienced trails guides and your own private safari vehicle just for your group. Perfect for more intricate tracking experiences, photographic safaris or tailored family safaris.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Single supplement of 50% per person applies to adults not sharing a room with another adult.

CHILDREN POLICY
Families with children aged 5 years and over are welcome. Children below 12 years will be charged at 50%
and cannot partake in walking trails. We recommend that families looking for a tailored safari experience
book a private safari vehicle (see above). 

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
Check in is from 1pm to 3pm daily and check out is from 6 am to 11am.
